• Instant refunds will be issued immediately if the item is returned while our delivery rider is still with you.
• If a return or refund request is made after the rider has left, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery costs. The item will undergo a thorough inspection before a refund is approved and processed.
• All return and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be issued.

For your convenience and security, all online payments are processed securely through Paystack. Once your order is confirmed, the payment amount will be safely deducted using Paystack’s trusted and secure payment platform.

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

For Pay on Delivery orders, you agree to pay the delivery commitment fee upfront and the remaining balance via mobile money or online payment upon delivery.
