Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatched, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@hotandkoolessentials.com if you need to make changes.

Creating an account is recommended as it lets you track your orders, save delivery addresses, and view your order history. You can sign up quickly with your email or use Google Sign-In for a faster experience.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and summary. You can also view all your orders in the My Orders section of your account.

We accept online payments via Paystack, which supports Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. We also offer a Pay on Delivery option where you pay the remaining balance via MoMo when your order arrives.

With Pay on Delivery, you pay a small commitment fee upfront to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid via mobile money or online payment to the delivery rider when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Absolutely. All online payments are processed securely through Paystack, a leading African payment platform trusted by thousands of businesses. Your card and payment details are never stored on our servers and are protected by industry-standard encryption.

If your payment fails, please check that your network is stable, your Mobile Money wallet has sufficient funds, and your card details are correct. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact us at support@hotandkoolessentials.com. You will not be charged for failed transactions.

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. We are committed to ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

We currently deliver within Ghana. Delivery fees and timelines may vary depending on your location. You'll see the applicable delivery fee at checkout before confirming your order.

You can track your order using your order number on the Track Order page, or log in to your account and visit My Orders for real-time status updates.

All return and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original, unused condition. Once inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued.

Yes! If you return the item while our delivery rider is still present at your location, you will receive an instant refund on the spot. If the rider has already left, the return request will go through our standard inspection process before the refund is processed.

If a return or refund request is made after the rider has left, the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery costs. For instant returns made while the rider is present, no return shipping cost applies.
